Nicole has been working in the dental field for almost 10 years and understands the workflow of a successful practice. Alongside this, she is the superstar that keep us running like a swiss watch.
Carter is the nickname – expert technical support is the game! With strong customer service skills and all round technical knowledge focusing on the dental industry, Carter loves helping our clients and leaving them with smiles on their faces!
With her bachelor of business degree and over 20 years experience in IT, Telecommunications and Software, Samantha is passionate about partnering with businesses to provide innovative solutions and better business outcomes. In her spare time, Samantha is taking her two pugs on adventures!
Michelle is our resident mother duck, anything you need Michelle can do. When Michelle isn’t taking care of the office she is spending time with her daughters and son in laws.
Andrew is our go to for all things servers and security. With his 15+ years of experience in all things IT he is always learning new skills that help our clients. In his spare time, Andrew is spending time with his family or teaching karate.
Steven is our resident project manager and when he isn’t helping you with your IT setup dreams he is at home with his family and streaming video games.
Savvas enjoys resolving all our client issues and making sure a great outcome is reached. In his free time, Savvas can be seen going on adventures with his wife and little boy.
Luke is a superstar at all things IT, always listening to you and helping get to the bottom of the problem. In their spare time, Luke is at home with their cat loving life.
Adam is the Silent killer of IT problems, he sneaks up behind them under the cover of darkness and terminates them for good.
Brad comes from many years in various MSP, he learns and conquers anything that comes in his way. Brad will stick his head down and help our clients until the problem is gone.
Cameron comes from almost 8 years in IT, always making sure your computers work. When not helping you solve your problems, Cameron is streaming building models or playing games with his mates.
Gareth gets his kicks from helping our clients reach great outcomes in their businesses by getting their issues resolved as quickly as possible.
Hayden is our go-to man for help with no stress. If you need help keeping up with new technology, Hayden is your guy. When he isn’t helping our clients, he is coaching kids in cricket at his local club or lifting weights at the gym.
Jonathan has been working in IT for three years now. His love for computers comes from his dad, who was an aircraft engineer. In his spare time, Jono is at home working on his cars or teaching himself to play a new instrument.
Kimberly is our go to for ensuring that client systems are proactively maintained and monitored. She is a Mum to 3 kids and during her free time loves to travel around on her blue motorcycle named Bruce.
Krista handles anything and everything that comes her way. She is part of the backbone that ensures your systems are maintained and monitored. On the weekend Krista is practicing her baking skills and spending time with her daughter and two puppies dogs.
Lean is the most patient person you will ever meet. With his expertise, he resolves anything that comes in his path.
Ryan is one of our many secret superhumans, never stops till everything is fixed. Ryan does medieval re-enactment in his spare time on the weekends or play video games with his mates.
Sam is the man! Need someone to chat with Sam is your guy, as well as fixing your IT issues. Did you know that Sam is a qualified mechanic? In his spare time, he is working on his cars and gaming with friends.
